Training you and your staff to use your new software is an important part of the project.

On-going support and further development mean that your software will continue to work for you in the years to come.

Training

When we develop bespoke software, training the people who will use it is a part of the project.  This can be done in a classroom setting, with small groups, or on a one-to-one basis, depending on your circumstances.

Because we work with you and your staff during the development of your software, you will already be familiar with parts of the programs, and this makes the learning process easier.

On-going support

On-going support is also one of the services we provide.  We can do this in several ways.  Often a phone call or e-mail will suffice, but if a more detailed issue arises, remote access to your system or a site visit can offer a better solution.

Further development

Your new software isn't set in stone.  One of the benefits of bespoke software is that it can be developed over time as your business grows and changes.

We are always pleased when a customer asks for new features - it shows that our software is working for the client and that they value what it does for them.
