Many of our clients already have data that they would like to be able to use in the new software that we develop for them. It may be in spreadsheets or other databases.
As part of the project we can convert the existing data into the new format so that all the information can be used in the new programs.
Automated procedures
The procedures that we use to convert your data are automated, so they can be tested thoroughly before the final conversion.
We can use interim conversions to test your new software and train your staff. When the new software goes live, a final conversion is done with your most recent data so you can have all of your data at your fingertips.
Standalone conversions
With all the experience we have in converting and transforming data, we also offer this service for other software installations.
So if you are moving to a new system that we didn't develop, and would like to use your existing data in the new system, we can help you to transform your data to the new format.
